at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, NY, Principal
Consultant Willis Peligian will moderate a panel discussion titled
"Transitioning Baseband Video/Audio Infrastructure to IT Technology
Platforms: Vendor Vision vs. End-User Reality".
A panel of vendors and end-users will discuss how commodity IT
technologies are replacing purpose-built baseband video/audio
systems. Vendors will espouse their visions of IT technologies
for video/audio capture, production and distribution. End-users
will share their real-world experiences from trying to implement those
visions.
The
one-hour panel discussion will be presented at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, 12
October, 2011, the first day of the two-day expo. For more
